Overview
Cedric Tillman is big and powerful receiver prospect that has good potential as an outside threat on offense. His size, athleticism, and receiving skills show lots of potential as a X receiver on offense that can be a reliable enough target for a quarterbacks looking to simply throw the ball in his direction. I don't expect him to develop into reliable route-runner early in his career as his average at best agility doesn't help him when having to maneuver quickly on his routes and his lack of usage anywhere else on offense doesn't bring much versatility, His biggest issue when entering throw NFL by far will be his transition from a spread up-tempo offense to an NFL pro-style offense that is much more compact and run centric. Tillman does look like an NFL receiver and certainly with good coaching could become a reliable one at that, but he has a lot of IF's at this point in his career.
