The Jacksonville Jaguars Offseason
Best Move of the Offseason: Tagging Evan Engram
The Jacksonville Jaguars needed to keep tight end Evan Engram who had a good season in 2022 for the Jaguars and while they weren't able to get a deal done yet, tagging and retaining him at the very least keeps this offense consistent. Engram is still one of the more dangerous receiving tight ends in the NFL and can show flashes of greatness at times that allows teams to keep picking him up and trying him out. If he can put together a complete season in 2023, it will get him paid and put this team on potential playoff run.
The Top Draft Target
#25 Broderick Jones (OT) University of GeorgiaThe Jacksonville Jaguars need to protect Trevor Lawrence with more investment in the trenches and with the suspension of Cam Robinson in 2023, they need to add depth here now more than ever. Broderick Jones is the perfect road grader at the left tackle position to boost the run game as well as the tools and intangibles to be a very good pass protector down the line.
