Overview
One of the safer picks in the draft due to level of experience and reps under his belt, Jordan Battle is one of the more versatile and technically sound safeties in the draft. He's one of the smartest defensive backs in the draft that has a multitude big plays in big moments for his team simply by just being in the right spot at the right time and not through luck but pure preparation. Is he one of the most best athletes in the draft? No and probably won't be able to rely on his athletic ability in the NFL but he's so smart on the field and dedicate so much time to preparing for games that he may be able to simply polish his technique and football IQ to the point where he simply can manipulate plays to his advantage. He's a Day 2 prospect with early starter potential and should be a highly reliable in a defense secondary for a while.
