Overview
Tucker Kraft is a raw small school NFL draft prospect with loads of potential as a highly effective receiving tight end in the NFL. His size and athleticism for the position is excellent and made even more special by his exceptional agility and explosiveness for his size. He's more agile and shifty at the position than a tight end should be and he has quite a few plays for the Jack Rabbits that involve him breaking a couple tacklers and adding another 20 yards after the catch. However, he's a raw prospect in terms of running routes and blocking effectively and it's one of those issues with being such a great athlete in such low level competitive conference in college because why learn how run routes or block effectively if your can simply run by or overpower defenders at will. A team with a creative offensive coordinator and reliable receiver/tight end coach will love his potential and if he can develop quickly, he could be a very deadly offensive weapon early in his career.
